ENG: The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
In case of No-show we will charge the entire reservation.
For non-refundable reservations, guests pay in advance and forfeit the entire amount in the event of cancellation or modification.
ESP: El cliente puede cancelar la reserva de forma gratuita hasta 2 días antes de la fecha de llegada. El cliente tendrá que pagar el precio de la primera noche si cancela durante los 2 días antes de la fecha de llegada.
Si el cliente no se presenta, o cancela después de la fecha de check-in, se cobrará la reserva completa.
Para las reservas No reembolsables, se paga por adelantado y no es posible realizar cambios o cancelaciones.
